Effective: July 2, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bloom app ("the app"), developed by Yevhen Baliukov. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store; Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies, and where these Terms conflict with it, the EULA prevails for App Store matters.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bloom on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
Coins, colors, palettes, brushes, and level-ups are virtual items with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted for game-balance reasons in updates. Your progress is stored on your device; we cannot restore progress lost through device loss or app deletion.
Mandalas you paint are yours. Share them freely — commercially or otherwise. We claim no rights over what you create.
Don't use the app in any unlawful way, attempt to disrupt its operation, or misrepresent shared artworks as officially endorsed by us.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms for new features or legal reasons. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The current version always lives at this page.
